What is the price and turnaround of spindle repair? |

time depends on the condition of the spindle. It can vary from a few days
to a few weeks. Initial inspection is completed in 2 to 5 days working days
and a reasonable estimate of time and cost will be available soon after. |

What are the most common causes of spindle failure? |

Contamination (coolant, grinding grit, aluminum or steel chips)
b) Lubricant breakdown
c) Accidental contact to the part or fixture (a crash)

run cooler, increase rigidity, resist contamination with added air purge or seals and more. |

What class of bearing do we use? |
|
|
ABEC 7 and ABEC 9 precision bearings of equal or better quality than the original.
We also use precision ceramic hybrid bearings per application requirements. |

What if my spindle has missing or damaged parts? |
|

We
have the expertise and equipment to manufacture missing or damaged parts.
